We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Live Chat Agent to provide exceptional support to our online customers. The Live Chat Agent will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience through real-time chat interactions.

Responsibilities:  

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via live chat
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain a friendly and professional tone at all times
  • Document customer interactions and update CRM systems accordingly
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed
  • Stay informed about product updates and company policies

Qualifications:  

  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats simultaneously
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Familiarity with live chat software and CRM platforms
  • Patience and empathy in dealing with customer concerns
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
